Bali – Ubud & Seminyak

Known as the “Island of the Gods,” Bali is famous for its shimmering beauty and fascinating culture. Hundreds of Hindu temples, towering mountains and verdant rice terraces form a spectacular backdrop to the charm of the Balinese people. Here are mysterious volcanic lakes and jungle-shrouded volcanoes, wondrous ancient temples, fabulously creative painters and wood-carvers, and the legendary dancers who re-enact the stories of their Hindu deities.

Arrive in Bali where your private driver will meet you and take you inland to mystical Ubud, the cultural heart of Bali. With your private guide and driver, tour the studios of noted artists and craftsmen, visit a local outdoor food market followed by a cooking lesson at a village, visit the Monkey Forest, and explore Ubud’s most interesting museums and art galleries. Spend a day touring eastern Bali, the island’s most traditional region, visiting revered temples, royal palaces, and Balinese villages known for their high-quality weavings, silk and traditional architecture.

Next, head to the beaches of Seminyak to bask in the sun at your luxury resort! Good food, spa and utter relaxation await!

Viceroy Ubud

Resting atop a river ridge with vistas of the Valley of the Kings, hotel Viceroy Bali has a regal outlook near Ubud. The infinity pool edge drops off a cliff and is matched in drama by its breath-snatching panorama of the jungle canopy below. Soak up the verdant horizon from a thatched roof villa with personal pool and relaxation pavilion.

The Legian Bali

Here on the Balinese shores of Seminyak Beach, home to sun, sea and serious surf, location is not everything. This prime stretch of golden sand adjacent to the island’s chicest shops and Asia’s most stylish nightlife is merely the irresistible beginning of what sets this iconic sanctuary in the sand apart from Bali’s pack. Against a backdrop of enduring modern architecture and swaying coconut palms, stunning sunsets enhance memories made inside all 67 understated suites and The Beach House perched along the Indian Ocean.
