Dalmatian Romance

At BlissbyLCT, we LOVE creating unique and “off the beaten path” vacations and honeymoons. Our latest creation was so inspiring and fun to work on! Take a look at what one of our sweet couples will be doing this summer:

On this honeymoon, experience the charm of Dalmatian coast including the romantic towns of Split, Dubrovnik, and the seductive island of Hvar.

SPLIT: Spend a relaxing day on the beach; swim in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic, snorkel or just walk on the beach. Lovers of cultural and historical monuments, art, original architecture and nice alleys are given the opportunity to visit delightful town of Trogir.  This is a perfect opportunity for a romantic candle light dinner of artisan local specialties in any of the nearby restaurants by the sea.  Spend a day on Golden Horn in Bol, one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire Adriatic coast.  Take a day excursion to the dazzling Plitvice Lakes National Park; pack a picnic basket, and you will have a time of your life after the great hike and a boat ride around the lakes.

HVAR: Take a short catamaran ride to Hvar, and spend three nights at a luxurious hotel in the Croatia’s most beautiful island. Relax on the beach, swim or dive into the pristine waters of the Adriatic. In the evening, stroll the cobblestone streets of Hvar or perhaps enjoy a romantic dinner at one of its local restaurants. Reserve a day for a sailing trip to the island of Vis with lunch of artisan specialties served on board you will simply be mesmerized by the incredible beauty of this day. And we are sure that you will be showing a picture of the most amazing sunset as you return back to Hvar for years and years to come. Don’t miss a  trip to the stunning countryside filled with vineyards, olive groves and lavender. Taste the excellent local wine in one of the charming villages, and make sure you take the sachets of lavender back with you!

DUBROVNIK: Abundant with history, amazing architecture, culture, a lush region of coves, forested islands and idyllic beaches. Stroll the cobblestone streets of the Old town, visit the city walls and admire the astonishing views of the Adriatic. There is so much to do here; indulge in a delectable choice of romantic restaurants and intimate cafes, which will delight even the most discriminating palate. Admire the art galleries, souvenir shops, or take a day excursion to the nearby charming town of Cavtat.  Or perhaps take an optional full day excursion by boat to the islands of Mljet and Korčula. If you like to spend your time being more active, a biking trip through the Dubrovnik Countryside is a perfect choice, or a kayaking excursion to the Elaphite Islands.
